YingwenTeach is dedicated to fostering friendship and understanding between the people of the United States and the People’s Republic of China through cooperative educational projects. By creating opportunities to meet in and out of the classroom, we work to encourage greater understanding, multicultural appreciation, and life-long friendships between the peoples of our two nations.

Judging from the feedback we receive from both American YingwenTeachers and our Chinese students and colleagues, the experience of cross-cultural exchange has proved life-changing and life-enhancing for both Chinese and American participants.

YingwenTeach is currently in the process of becoming a non-profit organization. Our hopes for the future include organizing youth exchanges, especially in the area of environmental education; teacher exchanges; sister school cooperative projects; and exchanges between groups such as artists and indigenous peoples.
